nysæ explores the sensory and sculptural dimensions of fragrance, imagining new forms of storytelling through the design and creation of objects, spaces, and atmospheres deeply inspired by gardens.

The studio collaborates with galleries, chefs, brands, and cultural venues driven by aesthetic, cultural, or emotional intentions—partners whose sensibility and craftsmanship deserve to be translated into form and scent. Together, we develop cohesive olfactory narratives: spaces and objects that embody a story, a rhythm, and a landscape.

Shaped by backgrounds in landscape design, interior architecture, and design, the duo behind nysæ—Charles Guerlain and Marion Saxod—create objects and experiences in which fragrance is not simply worn, but lived.

Each piece becomes a micro-landscape, choreographing the diffusion of scent while embedding a garden-inspired ritual within the material itself. Sculptural, immersive, and poetic, their work invites a new way of experiencing places and objects through the lens of scent, materiality, and imagination—an invitation to explore how design, nature, and emotion can converge to compose environments that are both tangible and deeply evocative.
